There are similar reports as yours. This is especially true if you are an ONT user as it needs to deal with routing function and wireless AP function. Potential Solution: To change to a better wireless router. The recommendation will depend on your budget, floor plan and whether you have LAN points.
I guess if the problem persist, my solution will be to recontract with them and get a newer wireless router? Or would you recommend just buying it separately? Then I got the Singtel Mesh Router for this year's recontract.
